| The preferences dialog contain many application settings for various function. These are distributed between three tabs.
|

| · | General-General settings that effect many areas of the application.
|
| · | Direct Archive-Setting for the Direct Archive feature
|
| · | Sounds-Settings for the Audible Alert Feature
|
|
|
|
|
| These preferences persist across sessions, and will remain the way that they were set until you change them. You can access the preference dialog box via the Options | Preferences Menu selection.
